Scott D. Anthony

Managing Director

Based in the firm’s Singapore offices, Scott leads Innosight’s Asian operations and venture-capital investing activities (Innosight Ventures) and launched Innosight’s business-building practice (Innosight Labs).

A prolific writer, Scott co-authored Seeing What’s Next (2004) with Harvard Business School Professor and Innosight founder Clayton Christensen and was the lead author of The Innovator’s Guide to Growth and author of The Silver Lining. He is the author of two forthcoming books from Harvard Business Review Press, The Little Black Book of Innovation (late 2011) and Paving the First Mile (2012). He has written articles for publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, BusinessWeek, Forbes, Sloan Management Review, Advertising Age, Marketing Management, and Chief Executive, and serves as a judge in the Wall Street Journal’s Innovation Awards. Kenneth P. De Meuse

Claudia Dornhoefer

Claudia joined Novartis in 2007 as Global Head organizational and leadership development. She was previously the Global Head talent management & organizational development with Novartis Animal Health based in Switzerland, and the VP HR for North America based in the U.S. before that. Earlier, she was with Clariant International, based in Switzerland and India, where, as Head International HR, she oversaw HR in special markets region—comprising of Africa, India, Pakistan, Turkey, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe, as well as international assignments of over 250 expatriates across 40 countries. She held various roles with Clariant Verwaltung GmbH in Germany before that, including regional HR manager, responsible for fostering local operational efficiency of HR departments within emerging markets and ensuring consistency with overall HR philosophy and policies.

Hew Evans

With a background in compensation and benefits built at Mercer and also during the formative years of Sony Ericsson, Mr. Evans has relocated from the UK where he headed up HR for Sony UK and Ireland.

Like many businesses operating in the AMEA region, Sony is also seeing great opportunities for growth as consumer spending power increases and electronics devices are more and more connected to each other via the internet; and the associated ‘people’ challenges are keeping Mr. Evans awake at night.

Bradley Gambill

Jacqueline Gillespie

Ms. Gillespie spent over fifteen years working in senior HR roles in corporate Australia and Asia across a range of industries including retail, transport, banking, and FMCG. Her experience includes strategic human resource roles as well as managing human resource teams within the business. She has held positions in organizational development, human resource policy, diversity, training, and management development. Ms. Gillespie is currently a member of the adjunct faculty on the Executive MBA Program at the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of Sydney.

David Hope

His previous experience in HR was with Wessex Water and with Hay Management Consultants. David began his career in the British Diplomatic Service (1982 to 1992), training as an Arabist and serving in British Embassies in Baghdad and Khartoum.

Bilal Kaafarani

As a global innovation executive who has worked at P&G, Kraft, FritoLay, and most recently as an officer of The Coca-Cola Company, Bilal has experienced what is written about in Breaking Away first hand. Bilal was honored by BusinessWeek as one of the world's "Top 25 Masters of Innovation."
Bilal was inducted into the "Hall of Fame" for Wayne State University's College of Engineering in 2008. In addition, he holds patents for a number of breakthrough food sector technologies. Since 2009, Bilal has also served on the Innovation Advisory Board of Humana Corporation.

Melissa Kee

Eren Rosenfeld

Amar Kureishi, MD FRCPC

He was previously Associate Professor with the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Calgary and. received his medical degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada.

Dr. Kureishi has published over 60 articles in peer-reviewed journals, completed the International Executive Program at INSEAD in 2008, and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada.

Charles Tseng
