Brian P. Boylan,
Senior Vice President, Human Resources, JDA Software
Brian P. Boylan is JDA’s Senior Vice President, Human Resources. He has been with JDA since June of 2005. Prior to joining JDA, Mr. Boylan was a founding partner of Alliance HR Advisors, a human resources consulting firm from 2004 to 2005.
Mr. Boylan previously served as Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and Human Resources of Asarco Inc., an international natural resource company, from 2001 to 2003, where he also served in various executive and management positions from 1988 through 2003, including Director of Employee Relations, Operations Manager and Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Boylan also served as Assistant General Counsel for the New York City Office of Labor Relations Office from 1986 to 1987. Mr. Boylan received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Labor-Management Relations from Pace University and a Juris Doctor degree from the Brooklyn Law School.

Bruce PowerDiane holds an Honours BA Anthropology and an MBA, both from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, ON. She is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association and has her Certified Human Resources Professional designation (CHRP) from the HRPA.
Diane has been a part time lecturer at Wilfrid Laurier University in the School of Business and Economics, Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources programs for both undergraduate and graduate programs. Diane has held various HR positions within the financial sector before launching her consulting career.
She was a Sr. Consultant and Client Relationship Manager with HayGroup and has had her own successful consulting business before joining Korn/Ferry International as the on-site lead for Bruce Power in 2007. In December 2010 Diane joined Bruce Power full-time as the Manager, Integrated Talent Management.

Kathleen Sack

Kathleen Sack joined the American Red Cross in October, 2010 as Senior Director, Talent & Organization Development. In this position, she and her team provide enterprise wide expertise in the areas of leadership and talent development, employee learning solutions, organizational assessment, diagnosis, and structure, performance management, employee engagement, and succession management – all aligned to the mission and goals of the organization.
Prior to joining the American Red Cross, she worked as a Managing Principal in Korn/Ferry International’s Leadership and Talent Consulting group for 15 months and prior to that role, owned her own consulting company for four years, focusing on talent management, learning solutions, and performance strategies.
Ms. Sack has experience in a variety of industries including retail, petroleum, aerospace, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing, including working for four Fortune 500 companies. In her career, she has successfully designed and implemented enterprise-wide talent management systems, large scale leadership development programs and performance management processes.
She was an adjunct faculty member at Peace College in Raleigh, North Carolina until May, 2010. She has also been a guest lecturer at Rutgers University and has spoken at several national conferences about her work in the areas of talent management and leadership development.
Ms. Sack earned her master's degree in human resource management from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia and a bachelor's degree from Radford University in Radford, Virginia.
