Antonio is the President & Chief Executive Officer of CBS Outdoor International.
Prior to his current position, Antonio was the Chief Development Officer of CBS
Outdoor International and CEO South America as a result of the acquisition of
International Outdoor Advertising. Antonio was also the Managing Director of CBS
Outdoor in Spain. Antonio has also worked for Nefitel, Continente-Carrefour and
Motorola. He believes in high performing teams built around common values and
vision, and that work is not only for professional success but for fun.

Karen is Head of Leadership Development for Aviva Group, a group with 36,000
employees who serve 45 million customers in 28 countries. She has worked with
Aviva for over 30 years in both business and HR roles, holding a variety of
positions in Business Partnering, Organization Development, and Talent
Management. Karen has been instrumental in introducing strengths based approach
to recruitment, performance and talent management and is a regular national
speaker on the application of positive psychology throughout the employee
life-cycle.

Felix Mayr-Harting

Felix studied Classics at Oxford University. Felix has held numerous roles
leading sales, marketing and fragrance development teams for prestige fine
fragrances, based in Paris and New York. Upon the acquisition of Quest by
Givaudan in 2007 he was appointed Executive Vice President Consumer Products
North America, leading the integration of the two companies in that region. One
year later he assumed his current position of Executive Vice President of Fine
Fragrances Worldwide. Felix has been a member of the Fragrance Materials
Association board in North America and currently sits on the IFRA Europe
committee.

Belén Garijo, MD
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Merck Serono
Prior to joining Merck Serono, Belén was Senior Vice President, Global
Operations Region Europe at Sanofi, based in Paris, and served as
the Global Integration Leader for the Genzyme integration. Belén began her career at
Abbott Laboratories as Medical Director of its Spanish affiliate before moving
to the US to head Global Medical Affairs at Abbott.
In 1996 she joined Rhone Poulenc Rorer as Business Unit Director of Oncology
in Spain and was promoted in 2000 to the position of Global Vice President
Oncology with Aventis, based in New Jersey. Belén was appointed General Manager
of Aventis Spain in 2003, leading the integration towards Sanofi-Aventis in 2004
and subsequently serving as General Manager of Sanofi-Aventis Spain. She was
elected CEO of the year in Spain in 2009.

Jocelyne Blineau

Recently appointed as Head of Talent Capability Development for Mars, Jocelyne
now leads key initiatives that make developing talent a competitive strength and
differentiator for the global company. Prior to this role, Jocelyne spent two
years in a Corporate Global Talent function leading the development, deployment,
and implementation of Mars Leadership Capabilities, based on the Lominger
competencies, throughout the Mars organization. Previously, Jocelyne was the
Global Learning and Development Manager for the IT segment of Mars Inc. She also
held various HR roles for all of Europe and across France, in various segments
of Mars such as Food and Drinks. She is driven by working in a global
environment, aligning talent processes, and capabilities throughout the world.
On a personal note, she has a passion for traveling across the world with her
young family, discovering and appreciating the many facets of the world
together.

After seven and a half years at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) François
joined L’Oréal in 1999 as a Sales Representative for the Helena Rubinstein,
which gave him a true understanding and a yet-present passion for the beauty
industry and L’Oréal’s value proposition. Following this preparation, he became
the Lead of Human Resources for European countries in L’Oréal’s Luxury Products
Division. In 2003, he became the Director of Human Resources for L’Oréal’s high
growing business in Mexico and Central America, where he implemented a
people-development oriented human resources strategy. In 2005, François took the
role of Vice President of Corporate Strategic Recruitment and Talent Development
for L’Oréal USA and then in 2007, he moved to Paris for his current role, where
he leads L’Oréal’s recruitment worldwide.

Jacky Simmonds

Jacky was appointed Group HR Director of TUI Travel PLC in 2010 and
has had held
progressively senior positions across the Group prior to this. She held senior
HR generalist roles in the Mainstream Sector including a secondment to the
Business Development team in 2004, reviewing the organizational business model.
In 2007, as HR Director of TUI UK & Ireland, Jacky took a leading role in the
merger of Thomson and First Choice PLC, operating as part of the integration
team and leading the HR Workstream which was significant in driving merger
synergies. Jacky joined First Choice Holidays PLC (now First Choice Holidays
Limited, a division of TUI Travel PLC) in 2000 from The National Magazine
Company Ltd (Hearst Corporation) where she had been Head of Human Resources for
6 years.

corporations in the Swiss Market Index (SMI). Previously, he served as President
and Chief Executive officer of DHL/Danzas Latin America. He started his career
by spending ten years with Jacobs Suchard and the Klaus Jacobs Group. His main
leadership role was president and chief executive officer of Brach Van Houten
International, based in Chicago and with distribution in Southeast Asia, Latin
America, Canada and Europe.
